Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and include any tags or accessories that came with it. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before requesting one.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
